Chad has more than 30 years experience in the jewelry industry with an emphasis on custom design, repairs and antique restoration. His passion for jewelry has taken him to Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles and San Francisco to train under the nations best jewelers. Moving to Cleveland in 1997 he has established a place where he can focus on designing jewelry for people looking for a unique and one of a kind piece. He prides himself on his craftsmanship and unique design approach that offers the highest level customer/satisfaction.
Chad is a graduate of GIA (Gemological Institute of America) in Jewelry Manufacturing Arts, the Alan Revere Jewelry Institute in platinum repair and fabrication and the New Approach School for Jewelers. Along with being a husband and father he has a passion for anything outdoors.
A multifaceted artist who earned a degree in Painting from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 2014. Her artistic passion extends beyond painting, including sculpture, design, jewelry and fashion. Lauren assists with day to day operations, Social Media and helps in the buying process for the collections at Jackson Grey. When Lauren isn’t working on a project, she also enjoys beekeeping, having maintained a hive for the last 3 years.

Jackson Grey is a member of Ethical Metal Smiths, meaning we do everything we can to utilize high-quality and sustainable materials in our designs. Ethical Metalsmiths has pioneered and widely shared the Radical Jewelry Makeover - a collaborative effort between makers and market to bring awareness to recycled metals and gemstones.
