Shipping Information

All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and will ship within 48 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin processing, but will not ship until the following Monday. The only way to guarantee arrival by a certain date is to choose expedited shipping at checkout. All expedited shipping orders placed after 4:30 PM (EST) and on weekends cannot be shipped until the next business day.

*Holidays excluded.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or our company made a mistake.

Returns

JacksonGreyJewelers.com offers returns on any unworn or defective merchandise.
We only accept returns purchased from JacksonGreyJewelers.com and not through any third party retail stores.
Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.

Returns are accepted within three (3) days of package arrival date for a full refund. Merchandise returned after four (4) days and up to fourteen (14) days will receive store credit. JacksonGreyJewelers.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or credit if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the three (3) day return period or fourteen (14) day store credit period.

To initiate a return, email us at Info@jacksongreyjewelers.com within 3 days of the delivery date and include an image of the original receipt and description of the issue.

If you do not contact JacksonGreyJewelers.com within 3 days of the delivery, you will only be eligible for a store credit up to 14 days after the date of delivery.

Please do not ship your item until you've received confirmation from us that we will be honoring your return. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.

In order to receive a refund, the original tags must still be attached. Any items returned with a removed tag will automatically receive store credit.

We reserve the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear-and-tear and to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange for another item, please place a new order online and return your original order for a refund.

Holiday Return Policy

On website orders, the giftee has until Jan. 11, 2020 to return a gift for a merchandise refund, which will be made to the original purchaser only. For store credit, the giftee has until Jan. 24, 2020 to get the item back to us.

Tax

Orders shipped within Ohio will be charged 6.75 percent sales tax. Orders shipped outside Ohio will not be charged for sales tax.
