Early 19th Century Enamel, Ruby and Diamond Heart Pendant

This puffed heart pendant has a deep blue vitreous enamel over a lightly textured surface of gold. Attached to the surface is a floral design of bezel set diamonds and an oval cut ruby at the center set in platinum.
